Antonia Hill, MA LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Vallis Mental Health from Birmingham, AL. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am driven to use her knowledge, skills, and experience to walk with each individual through the therapeutic process toward achieving a better quality of life.

 

My clinical experience includes helping patients address and overcome issues including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, depression, substance abuse, grief/loss, spiritual issues, and everyday day life stressors. I am especially passionate about treating individuals experiencing issues related to Racial Trauma, Spiritual Issues, Women ‘s Health, and Chronic Illness. As a mental health professional, I choose to see the individual as the expert of their life and experiences in order to develop an individualized path toward optimal and whole-life wellness. I am invested in the mental wellness of others and desire to uplift my community and beyond by breaking the stigma of seeking mental health services by providing quality and authentic treatment, access, education, and visibility.
