Helping people started long before I began studying counseling. My path has taken me through construction sites, coffee roasteries, restaurants, and years at home with my kids. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi and am now completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of West Alabama. At Vallis Mental Health, I support patients of all backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges.

 

I care deeply about holding space for others in times of change, loss, or questioning. I am especially drawn to grief and religious trauma and feel honored to walk alongside people as they sort through what hurts and what matters most. I know what it feels like to carry things quietly, and I want people to know they do not have to do that alone.
